We have been so thankful for how my dad has been cared for since coming to Somerton in Sept 2019. He is happy here and has been so well cared for, he has gained weight which was a real concern for us. All of the staff are so pleasant and helpful.

I have nothing but great reivews for Somerton Nursing Home, staff are always friendly and my mum thinks highly of them too. Staff are always there and are able to chat about anything, very friendly and down to earth. I would like to thank everyone and staff for what they do every day, our lives would

My father was very well cared for by the team. They are friendly and attentive both to my father but also to my mother and all the family.
The home has daily activities and is maintained to a high standard. The team provided support to all of us during a very difficult time for the family when my
father died.

Somerton Private Nursing Home has provided the very best of care for my father. The staff are very caring and friendly and providing us with any information we require.

My father receives very good care at Somerton. He appears content and is well fed and looked after. There has been a big change with the appointment of a new activities coordinator. Much more engaging and participate with residents. I am pleased with the commitment and professionalism of all staff but
there does appear to be a point in the day where they appear more stretched, specifically at night when residents are getting supper and going to bed.

Somerton takes very good care of my grandmother. It gives me great peace of mind to know that she is cared for, kept warm, clean and well fed.
They also put on a range of activities to keep them stimulated and entertained. High levels of care and a real interest in their resident's welfare.

The staff are talkative and attentive whenever dealing with my mother. They deal with any problems or issues as soon as possible. They keep us up to date on any ongoing health issues that my mother has or any suspected new ones.

At all times staff and management have kept me fully informed of my mother's general health and progress. On visiting, she has been clean and shows a tidy appearance, all of which is indicative of a high/constant level of care and support. Staff show a dignified approach to all in their care. My brother dribbles constantly he looks a lot better now an apron is put around him, it stops his clothes becoming very wet.
There are times he sweats and it's not a very nice smell coming off him. Other than that, he is very well looked after.

This is a great nursing home. I would recommend this nursing home to anybody.
This is great caring home, they have looked after my brother as their own and it is not an easy job to do and the nurses are a great team, well trained in everything. A great place to be.

We, as a family, were more than pleased with the care and attention that my partner was given all the time he was here.
Nothing was too much trouble and carried out with a friendly and cheerful disposition. The only reason to move him to another facility was the matter of upstairs room and problem
of stairs.
