Thank you for your review about Abbey View. As a company and care home, we are constantly reviewing our working practices and we are pleased you have seen an improvement since our Peripatetic Manager has been in post. A new Manager has been appointed and will commence in November and will have a robust induction. If you have any concerns about the care provided, please do not hesitate to contact her.
