My dad was a resident here for about eight weeks and during that time he received exemplary care and respect from all staff. The medical and pastoral care were both excellent. I can’t thank the staff enough for their sensitivity to both dad and the whole family. We will be forever grateful.

Mum was a resident at Brooklands for around 1.5 years. She had dementia and recurring kidney infections. The care she received was first class. There were no serious kidney infections while there, unlike at home they were every 4 to 6 weeks.
The staff quickly got to know mum and her personality. She
liked to sing and was encouraged to do this. All the staff were friendly and respectful. We have a large family and visited mum often, we were always made welcome, informed re mum's health and wellbeing. They genuinely cared about mum and enjoyed having her around.
Unfortunately mum passed away at the end of June, all her family were with her during her last hours. I can not praise the staff enough in all aspects of their care towards both mum and the family.
