Thank you for your feedback and for saying that you would recommend us to others. The home hasn’t been able to facilitate visits during the pandemic, so I can understand that it’s been difficult for you to get an update picture of what’s going on in the home. Our dedicated team have worked tirelessly through the pandemic and are passionate about what they do. We do provide nursing and dementia care and our team support and reassure all our residents throughout the day and night. We have also an engaging Magic Moments Together programme of activities and maintain connections with families through the use of technologies and more recently with booked, safe visits. As you know, I have an open door policy and I’d be happy to talk to you about any of the points you mention in more detail. Kind regards,
