The care home staff are dedicated professionals at all levels of the organisation. They deal with some complex residents whose individual needs are well catered for. The feel of the care home is warm and friendly where staff and residents are valued and there is very much a 'can do' attitude.

The

key element which drives the staff forward is individualised attention to sometimes complex needs. The staff have an ethos of being involved in a total care package delivery. What impresses me the most is the ancillary and administrative staff who during their routine work, engage with residents in a caring way. Managers and team leaders lead by example. Relatives of residents are kept well informed about their loved ones progress in a timely way.

The care provided is of a very good standard. Staff endeavour to ensure that my mother is kept comfortable and pain-free. They are very supportive to our family and are empathetic and caring.
My mother is treated with dignity and staff are respectful and courteous at all times.
