The staff at Rockfield Care Home consistently provide great care to our grandmother. They keep the family informed of any issues that arise and they are willing to answer our questions when we enquire about her. It is a little difficult to comment fully as we couldn't visit but during this challenging
time, they seem to continue to look after her very well and provide her with comforts and look after her needs. Thank you.

I was a resident in Rockfield for 6 weeks. The first 2 weeks as a step down from hospital and 4 weeks respite. The staff have been friendly, caring and respectful. All of my needs from spiritual to nursing to caring have been looked after. I am 86-years-old and would recommend this care home without
hesitation - it was also very good to spend time with my sister who is a resident here. Thank you to the management and staff.

The wonderful staff of Rockfield have been a huge help to my family, giving us comfort in knowing that my auntie is very well looked after. The home has a warm, homely feeling and a wide range of daytime activities are absolutely fantastic.

Excellent care home. Very caring, considerate, professional, and truly compassionate at all times. The Home put the residents first and support the family. My Mum was a resident in Rockfield Care Home for over 2 years until she sadly passed away recently. The staff and manager could not do enough for

My husband came to Rockfield from hospital in November 2019 for respite care. On 25th November he went to hospital for an overnight stay and returned to Rockfield. The acute care team came in each day for his medication, this was given with assistance of Rockfield staff. After one week, district nurses
came in, again assisted by the staff. My son and daughter-in-law are overawed by the dedication of all involved and highly recommend Rockfield Care Home.

My father came in for respite care following a hospital stay. Unfortunately, his condition worsened and he remained at Rockfield for end of life care. The staff at all times treated him with the utmost dignity and respect. They were ever attentive to his care and medical needs which were completed in
a timely manner without requiring prompting. Staff were pleasant, engaging and kind towards myself and my mother who stayed for an extended period with my father in his last days. I would thoroughly recommend this home.

Overall as a family, we are very happy with how our father is looked after. The one area I feel needs attention is activities for the residents. Have seen the scheme where nursery/reception children come in and interact with the residents and play games which seems to bring so much enjoyment to all.
I think it would be something that would be very much looked forward. Thank you.

This home has an amazing location. It is bright, cheerful and staff are friendly and accommodating. I visit and find the home to be clean, fresh, plenty of staff on duty. We are offered a cup of tea if it's being served which I always think is kind.

The care home is very clean and welcoming. All of the staff are very caring. My Mum was not happy to go into care and had a difficult time adjusting but everyone at Rockfield have made but my Mum and myself at ease with the change in Mum's life.
