My mother has settled into the home well. Staff are very welcoming to visitors and Mum's wishes are listened to. The home is well run, but with the homely personal touch. Little extras, like someone reading to her, taking her for a walk and giving her time to chat, checking on her frequently. The food
is home cooked and looks good. Mum always says it is nice. There are facilities for guests to make themselves a cuppa. I am delighted with this home. Different activities are arranged for the residents. The Manager and Owner are always willing to make themselves available if I want to run something by them. Mum is treated as an individual, not a number.
