Fantastic home with friendly and very hard working staff. Mum and Dad were in Edgewater from March 2020. All throughout the Covid crisis, the home put the health and safety of the residents first. They helped the family maintain regular safe contact (for everyone) with our parents until visiting was
allowed again.
In the lead up to Mum’s passing in December 2021, the staff were excellent, in the constant communications with the family to the compassion and empathy that staff showed to all the family, but in particular, Dad. Dad is still a resident in Edgewater and the staff have to be complimented on the way they have helped him and the family cope since. I have no problem recommending Edgewater Nursing Home.
