Very friendly staff and management who look after my brother 100 per cent. The management are very helpful if you do have any problems. The nursing care is very good and there is a good variety of meals and snacks.

When I telephone to enquire about the wellbeing of my sister, I am always treated with kindness and cordiality.
When I visit my sister, my needs are always met, e.g. 'Hold on, I'll get you a chair' or perhaps 'Would you like a cup of tea?'.
The management and staff are always keen to discuss the
needs of my sister and to enquire whether there is anything more they can do to effect a more comfortable environment.
I continually have reason to thank the management and staff.

I visited my brother on Friday. The staff and Manager could not have been more helpful and friendly. My brother is treated with great compassion and dignity. He is always spotlessly clean and well groomed. I am impressed.

My brother has been a resident in Meadowbank for five months now and he has settled in very well. He appears very content and happy. When we visit the staff are very welcoming. He is always clean and tidy. He enjoys his food despite the fact all his meals are pureed. The staff contact me immediately
if there is any change in his condition. He is seen by his doctor (GP) every Friday at Meadowbank.

I visit every day Monday to Friday and I am very impressed by the level of care my sister receives. The staff and management are excellent. It's a very welcoming care home and provides great activities as well as care. Thanks to all involved as we can rest knowing my sister is happy and well cared for.

I would like to thank all the staff from Meadowbank. They work hard and spend time with each and every patient. The work they so can go unnoticed and thankless. The home could not have done enough for myself and my brother.

My brother came to Meadowbank Care Home in mid-February.He had been in another facility for respite. He was very disorientated and fussy, but that day we could not believe how kind and courteous the manager and his staff were to both my brother and ourselves. This has continued and we find my brother
has changed so much. The staff who work with him are so friendly and caring to him. Always greeted with a warm hello for us. I can't praise them highly enough.
