My brother was lucky enough to be referred to the Chestnut Lodge about two years ago. He has settled in well and all his needs are taken care of. As a relative who visits him regularly, l have experienced nothing but support and a friendly atmosphere from the excellent team.

Our father was placed in this care home due to dementia. I live in California and they always communicated any concerns regarding my father. The day and night staff are awesome, very caring and attentive towards the elderly. Activities are always going on and relaxing music playing including lots of
music oldies from the 50s, 60s, 70s, which my dad enjoyed so much.
I'd like to personally thank all staff who helped my dad. Not only did you care and support my dad, but supported me too in the end. The final hours before Dad passed the night staff knew Dad's religious preference was catholic, they were so kind to put on a channel where the rosary prayer was recited for him. I highly recommend Chestnut Lodge from management to the staff, they are amazing. Thank you for caring for my dad.

The manager and his team are amazing, Chestnut Lodge Care Home is very homely and carers are very caring to all their residents. They care for my husband with great care and attention. It's a great relief to me, also my family, knowing that he is being cared for and looked after so well. They are all

Exceptional!
Mum spent four and a half years at Chestnut Lodge Care Home, Ealing until she sadly passed away in August 2021. From the outset, my two sisters and I were reassured by the genuine care and affection she received.
Mum flourished in the warm and friendly environment and actively participated
in the various social activities provided. The care staff were always welcoming during our weekly visits and treated Mum more as a friend than a mere resident. This delighted both her and us.
We appreciated the "open door" policy of the manager who was ably assisted by his excellent administrator. This meant we could discuss Mum's condition at any time and receive honest answers. When minor niggles occurred, these were dealt with immediately and effectively.
We count ourselves fortunate that Mum was at Chestnut Lodge, Ealing.
They fulfilled their role as a true "care" home.

Both the staff and facilities have put mu mind at rest on many occasions. Being her primary carer after over 40 A&E hospital visits, I was at a loss as to how I could best manage a transition to a care home at 92-years-old. The staff have been incredible - from the moment Mum moved in, to the current

Welcomed and promptly seen to at reception. Due to Covid, Mummy then bought to the lounge by one of the staff, who are always courteous. Though it's been a difficult time these past few months, Chestnut Lodge staff and management have made the visits go smoothly and safely for all my family visits.

As soon as I walked into Chestnut Lodge I felt welcome and the warmth within. The manager is very caring and knows his clients well, relating to them all individually. My sister was admitted in December 2015 since which she has thoroughly enjoyed all the organised activities offered - outings, singing
sessions, poetry readings, parties etc and she has even learnt to paint. She has always been treated with kindness and compassion. Unfortunately, she has gradually deteriorated both mentally and physically but her care has not altered, i.e. care and attention. Even though as her NOK I have some distance, I would be very very reluctant to move her.

Our mum sadly passed away recently, having spent the last 3.5 years in your care. From the first difficult weeks when Mum moved into Chestnut Lodge, it was very obvious that there were people around Mum who really cared, were kind and had Mum's best interests at heart, which was then and has always
remained great comfort to us all. Not only looking after Mum but also helping us, the family and friends, on our journey in dealing with Dementia. We have nothing but praise for the management and the team. Finally, I want to say that we are so grateful for the opportunity to visit Mum over the summer. Every visit we had will remain a precious memory so thank you for managing that so we could.

I am very impressed by the care my mother receives at Chestnut Lodge. Whenever I visit I am warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff are always knowledgeable about my mother's condition and her needs and care. My mother's skin, hair, fingernails and toenails are kept in good condition. The room is comfortable

My father spent five years at this nursing home and from the first day to his last he was always treated with care and dignity. At the beginning, it was a difficult transition but as he settled into his new environment and we as a family got used to him being there - nothing was too difficult. The leadership
at the home is what makes it so good and the staff treat everyone with patience and understanding. Any issues that we felt were a concern was dealt with immediately and action to remedy the situation was taken straight away. Communication between the staff and family was a priority.
