With access to a multidisciplinary team made up of physiotherapists and occupational therapists as well as speech and language therapists, neuropsychologists and an onsite rehabilitation assistance team, care at Victoria House is person-centred and designed to maximise quality of life and promote independence for each person.

Complained before. Once again room could be cleaner. Bins overflowing and damp towels on a chair. The floor in en-suite wet from washing patient. Also had to wait to be admitted approximately 7-10 minutes before the door opened. Wait for ages for someone to pick up the phone when I ring.

Thank you for raising these concerns. All concerns raised with the service in May have now been addressed, these changes have been implemented by the new registered manager to improve the quality of service provided to both service users and their families.
