We are sorry that both you and your husband had been through a terrible time prior to your respite stay with us, and unfortunately, ill health continued for your husband during the early part of his stay. However, thankfully things improved quickly with the care and support provided and we’re glad that we could help you on the road to recovery. As you say Loxley Park gave you the chance to relax and let us look after you. We are delighted by your words ‘a tonic’ as we aim to do our utmost to ensure everyone who stays with us benefits from our care. It was nice to read you enjoyed the beautiful apartment along with the landscaped gardens. With regards to our weekly fee, we do believe we have a very competitive rate for couples on respite, with this in mind we do hope to see you again in the future.
