Dad lived in Rosebery Manor for nearly four years, most of that time in the Oaks dementia wing. He received first-class care throughout this time and was very happy to call Rosebery Manor his home. All the staff are amazing, treating Dad as if he was part of an extended family. Varied suitable activities
to help stimulate dementia residents are offered throughout the week including visits out in the minibus, arts and crafts and musical entertainment, all of which Dad thoroughly enjoyed. He told me himself shortly before he passed away that he loved it here.
We would not hesitate to recommend.

I would not hesitate to recommend Rosebery Manor Care Home - Avery Collection to anyone in need of the five star treatment for their loved one. My parents needed emergency respite care and every single member of staff acted promptly, professionally and - most importantly - compassionately to make sure
they were looked after. As my parents’ primary carer, it is always hard to trust anyone else to do things ‘right’, but I cannot fault the care given to my parents during their stay. The rooms, facilities, meals and activities were brilliant. My mum said it was like a five star hotel with nurses! Nothing is too much trouble. Thanks again to all the staff for treating my parents so well and allowing them to recuperate fully. A real home from home - but better!

Rosebery Manor is a truly wonderful and heartwarming place.
Mum came here in October 2022 in quite poor health, as she had previously been in hospital for a long stay and suffered from depression for many years since my dad passed away. Like all relatives, we want the best for our loved ones, and I
certainly found it here. The support and guidance I received right from the 1st day of looking around were incredible. I knew straight away this was going to be the right place for her. Mum lived next door to me and my family, and we looked after her, so the transition to a care home was extremely difficult, and also again when she transferred to the Oaks suite after her dementia diagnosis. If only I'd known then what I know now, there would have been no worries at all. The staff at Rosebery are quite incredible people who do a fantastic job. The love, kindness and care Mum has been shown have improved her quality of life no end, and we all feel part of the Rosebery Manor family. I'm truly grateful to you all.

Rosebery Manor would be where I would like to spend my time should I need full-time care.
When looking for care for our mother, my sister and I looked at a number of care homes in the Burgh Heath/Reigate/Epsom area, and Rosebery Manor stood out as being the nicest by far. The home feels more like
a boutique hotel than a care home - beautifully furnished and decorated, with lots of communal areas all accessed by wide-open corridors. There is a choice of dining rooms, and the food choices vary. There are plenty of activities to keep the residents occupied (not just craft activities) with visiting speakers and a variety of entertainers too.
There is also a lovely, well-maintained garden with a pretty fish pond and lots of outside seating for warm days. The staff are well trained and kind - our mother was very well cared for during the two years that she lived at Rosebery, and it was a lovely place for the family to visit. I would definitely recommend Rosebery Manor.

Mum had been in the care home for 18 months and was becoming frailer and more needy during her last few months. She always felt grateful being able to move safely around the premises, take part in activities and do a lot for herself, but was appreciative of the carers, especially as she relied on them
more and more. She regarded them as friends; their professionalism and compassion in respecting her dignity at all times.

Upon entering Rosebery Manor, there is instantly a feeling of vibrancy, friendliness and professionalism, with great thought to the aesthetics of the surroundings, which are maintained beautifully. The staff are, without exception, dedicated, benevolent and upbeat. I am incredibly pleased to say that,
considering the 24-hour care my mother now needs, I always arrive at The Manor with a positive feeling, have great interaction with staff and indeed residents (which speaks volumes), and always leave knowing that my mother could not be in better hands. Regular external trips, quizzes, and live entertainment are provided, along with a great and varied food menu with several choices and generous treats throughout the day. There are secure balconies, spas, hairdressing, a cinema, and a large garden area. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending The Manor to anyone currently undergoing the typically difficult and emotional process of ensuring their loved one receives the best care.

Although my father was only at Rosebery Manor for a short time, the care and support he received were outstanding. My father needed 24/7 care, and the staff provided excellent care and were very sensitive to his needs and wishes. The suite he had was beautiful, well-equipped for his needs as well as
feeling homely. I wish my father could have had more time to experience the full facilities there as I know he would have enjoyed the atmosphere.

My father was a resident of Rosebery Manor for seven years. Initially, he was on the ground floor, then had to move to the second floor due to dementia, which became gradually more severe. Also, his sight and hearing deteriorated, which created difficulties for him when interacting with the care staff,
who always had his health and interest at heart and treated him with patience and respect. His room was opposite the dining room, which was fortunate due to his mobility problems, and he very much enjoyed the meals, which were of top quality. The other great advantage was that, when ill with a virus infection and latterly incontinence, he was able to be treated by the local doctor and the resident nurse at Rosebery.

I found all staff very helpful and caring at all times. Meals were very good and served well. Plenty of activities. I had no hot water for the bathroom sink, which they tried to fix. Shower was on. They even boiled kettles

Rosebery Manor is a large building with a large interesting garden all well maintained. There is a varied selection of rooms and suites. The full-time staff are excellent, polite and attentive, but agency staff are varied. Rosebery Manor provides excellent laundry service and very good housekeeping.
The meals are varied and interesting but sometimes fail to compare to commercial ready-meals. Activities are many and varied, plus occasional outings.

It will be a year next month when the lady I used to look after in her own home moved into Rosebery Manor.
It was the first care home I looked at, and very early on in the initial visit, I knew this was the one.
The client liaison manager could not have been more helpful with the transition. All
the staff are courteous and friendly.
The carers are lovely amazing people, very kind and compassionate and can see with their dedication and support, make living there a pleasure.

At the beginning of January, my husband suffered severe heart failure. I dialled 999 and was instructed how to resuscitate him until paramedics arrived. After his discharge from the hospital, we agreed to have respite care until a stair lift was installed. We moved into Signature Rosebery Manor Care
Home on 9th February, and when my husband fell and needed help, it came immediately. The right medication was given, and he was monitored regularly until he recovered. He has also received good care for other problems he had. Although my husband was very anxious to return home, it became obvious we could no longer live independently, so it was decided he would stay here.
The medical care we receive is excellent, and the kindness, care and attention we get from every member of staff cannot be faulted, nor can the entertainment and activities on offer. Rosebery Manor is a well-designed and well-maintained care home and a very welcoming and comfortable place to live. Most importantly, I no longer live with the fear of being unable to cope with any emergency. Help is a push button away, and I am extremely grateful.

Having seen friends and neighbours at Rosebery Manor over the last few years, we have of late been visiting a dear family member. The client liaison manager could not have done more to arrange his move there as it was his wish to be at Rosebery Manor as his health deteriorated rapidly. She put the family
at ease and was most helpful and professional in answering any concerns. She quickly made the transition of moving in as easy and comfortable as possible. Although our relative has now passed away, we appreciate that he was being looked after by qualified and caring staff in beautiful surroundings, and as family, we were treated sympathetically. We would have no hesitation in recommending Rosebery Manor to anyone. Visitors are made welcome and greeted warmly by all the staff and leave knowing that the resident is being looked after with the utmost care.

I joined the team at Rosebery Manor just before we opened our doors to our 1st resident in December 2014.


We completely understand the importance of choosing the right home for your loved one or for yourself. For some, this can be quite a daunting and difficult time and my role here is to support all those looking for the right level of care or nursing needs with a home-from-home lifestyle. Supporting you and offering all the information you need to allow an informed decision to be made. I am extremely proud to be a part of the team here at Rosebery and to know that we do make a difference to many.

Job Title: Housekeeping Manager

Joined: 2014

The housekeeping team and I make sure our home is kept clean and tidy to a very high standard. We provide a weekly service to all our residents to ensure their private apartment suites are maintained to their personal preference and their laundry requirements are met. The communal areas are cleaned daily so our home looks as good today as it did when we first opened in 2014. We take great pride in our home and value the lovely relationship we have with all our residents.

Lucia started working in the care industry in 2016. Initially Lucia joined Rosebery Manor as a care supervisor and moving up in her role to now lead the care team.


Lucia is focused and motivated to support our assisted living residents and all those who play an important part in their day.


A well-organised leader of the team who ensures all staff are well-trained. She likes to encourage growth within the care team.

Neal Hallsworth

Job Title: Head Chef

Joined: 2019

Neal has been a Chef for 24 years and has worked in various roles and establishments throughout the industry. Neal has been at Rosebery Manor for over 5 years and enjoys catering for our residents in all three of our restaurants.


Meeting all dietary requirements and requests on a daily basis is something that Neal prides himself on.


Neal leads a team that delivers a well-balanced, nutritious and beautifully presented course, served to all whatever time of day.

Job Title: Maintenance Assistant

Jason Joined our Rosebery Manor this year, 2024, and has been an instrumental part of the team.


The maintenance of such a home includes our safety, and well-being and ensuring we offer our residents the comforts and environment of their choice. Jason maintains this to a very high standard with dedication, initiative and motivation.

Mandy Glynn

Job Title: Dementia Care Manager (Covering Maternity Leave for Elaine Tidman)

Joined: 2019

With over 40 years of experience in the care sector, Mandy is now thrilled to be The Oaks Dementia Care Manager.


Mandy completed her level 5 in Health and Social Care in 2021 and has supported others to progress in this area.


Mandy is passionate about supporting our residents, their families and her team as well as being an important part of Rosebery Manor.


Mandy has dedicated 5 years to Rosebery Manor and continues to support personal growth within the home and especially within the Dementia community.


I have a great passion for the world of care and always aim to deliver high standards of care in all that I do.


Because of this passion for my job, I have been able to effectively enhance my skillset and knowledge within the industry.


I am seeking to further expand my career and current skillset by completing my Level 5 Leadership & Management in Care whilst working at Rosebery Manor.
