My mother has been a resident at Rosebery Manor for 5 months. She has received a high standard of care. She has felt very safe and the home has a very welcoming atmosphere. All the activities provided are well attended and the choice of events is varied. The staff are very friendly and spend a great
deal of time with the residents. It has a bright and busy atmosphere just like a good hotel. We are very happy with Rosbery Manor and are so pleased we chose them for my mother.

Dad has been at Rosebery Manor 4 years and he is very happy and well looked after. All staff take very good care of him. It is like a family. The cleaners, waitress staff, chefs, maintenance and reception all know him and interact with him daily as well as his excellent carers. We are always made to
feel welcome. He never misses a meal as the carers always ensure he gets to the restaurant.

I have been a resident for 5 years. The staff are very helpful and take care of me. Always there when needed. There are plenty of activities covering exercise, art, shopping trips, films in Rosebery cinema, informative talks, bingo, a general 'get-togethers' in the cafe. Rosebery has helped me to be
closer to my daughters who visit me in my apartment frequently. They are always welcomed by the staff.

My Mum came to Rosebery Manor 3 years ago after suffering a stroke. The fact she has regained so much confidence and is much more her 'old self' I am sure is completely down to the continuing care and support she receives at Rosebery Manor on a daily basis. The staff and carers are extremely helpful
and kind and take the time and trouble to really connect with Mum. Any requests or needs Mum might have are dealt with promptly and efficiently, and she is always treated with respect and dignity. I feel very welcome by the staff when visiting Mum is everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Mum has struck up some good friendships since living at Roseberry Manor and I would say the whole experience has given her a new lease of life.

Food is good. Breakfast is wide-ranging. Lunch we have a choice of three dishes; they are all very good. Plenty of entertainment is provided, including singers of all types, male and female. Today we had a classical tenor singing. Supper is provided, which is also very good. Accommodation is excellent,
I have a living room and a bedroom. There is a kitchen area in my apartment. Care is excellent, with doctor, nurses and trained carers. There are regular outings. There is a beautiful garden.

Rosebery Manor provides a good quality, caring environment for its residents. Good all-round facilities and activities. Care is taken to understand the patient's needs and support is readily available from an excellent GP service locally as well as a SALT team. Staffing, as in all care homes locally,
fluctuates, but they do their best in the circumstances. This home is at the top end of the cost range, but on the whole, we are very satisfied.

Along with my wife, we are the POA's for an elderly resident who moved into Rosebery Manor in July 2019. As regular visitors to Rosebery we have had a lot of contact with staff at varying levels from the general manager to the laundry lady and have to say that, without exception, they are the most welcoming,
warm and caring group of people it has been our pleasure to encounte - the client liaison advisor deserves special praise. The level of care they afford to all residents is visibly outstanding in every way and it is delivered in a most friendly, polite and courteous manner with just the right degree of humor whilst at the same time maintaining respect for the resident. Caring for the elderly can be very demanding and it speaks volumes for their professionalism that nothing is too much trouble and they do their job with such enthusiasm and sincerity. They are both a credit to themselves and to Signature Care Homes.

We held the funeral reception of my late uncle at Rosebery Manor and were most impressed with the service provided by all of the staff. The restaurant manager and the staff provided a delicious buffet and made sure everyone who attended was looked after in an efficient and respectful way. My aunt who
also resides at Rosebery Manor was assisted by the care staff whenever she needed them and all of the staff helped to make the day less stressful for everyone.
A huge thank you to everyone for the care given to my uncle and the continued care and respect shown to my aunt at this very sad time.

All is good for my mum and she is happy at Rosebery although it has taken some time. Responsive time to the buzzer has improved as have the activities. Parking is always an issue and needs to be addressed. It is very expensive.

Rosebery is a fantastic hotel environment where my father feels happy, safe and extremely well looked after. Staff are very friendly, attentive and genuinely very much care for the residents. Dining is a very high standard with flexible times and venues. Rosebery provide all the care facilities and
nursing help you could wish for. Personally, I have great peace of mind that my father is being well looked after, has good company and is active and engaged in the residence. I would very much recommend Rosebery, it is a very happy environment with modern facilities and a lovely garden.

It is not that there are no problems, but if and when any arises the manager in charge looks into it and sorts it out, usually to my satisfaction. The garden is serene and well maintained, with a pond and low waterfall, chairs (and cushions) and tables and umbrellas. Family and friends comment on the
happy atmosphere.

When my elderly uncle decided he could no longer live at home (at the age of 94), the move to Rosebery Manor (Epsom) was accomplished very quickly and efficiently. The staff have been wonderful, very caring and professional. Every member of staff I have spoken to has been knowledgeable about my uncle,
and treated him with kindness and respect. The food and surroundings are excellent and the garden will become a favourite place.

From the start, we found the staff at Rosebery very helpful and considerate. The receptionists and moving-in coordinators are especially friendly and assisted us in many ways. My mother-in-law settled in well, enjoys the food, finds her room comfy and says the staff are friendly and do what she wants
them to do. Moving a relative with dementia proved to be easier than we'd thought. The nursing staff are happy to update us regularly and we feel very welcome during our regular visits.

My mother in law resided at Rosebery Manor for almost two years. During that time the staff did a fantastic job of making her welcome and ensuring her needs were met. The team at Rosebery Manor were all committed and made a point of engaging with residents and their regular visitors. When the next step
was for my mother-in-law to move to the dementia unit we had concerns about how she would react to this move. The staff made the transition smooth and she settled in quickly. In her final days, the staff at Rosebery Manor could not do enough for either my mother-in-law or us. They were compassionate and caring making our final memories as happy as they could be under the circumstances. We are glad we chose Rosebery Manor and have nothing but praise for the whole team.

Mother was the first resident in The Oaks over three years ago and cared for by a now well lead and united team.
I live at a distance but have been given regular feedback by mother's allocated lead dementia carer. Any concerns have been acknowledged and addressed promptly. Phone calls returned and
emails replied to quickly.
When well enough mother was given the opportunity and encouraged to attend the many activities organised and was at her happiest in the beautifully tranquil garden.
My mother died in August. End of life care was outstanding.
During the week before she died, whilst I was with her, staff from all over the building, day and night, were popping into her room to visit her with concern and affection.
Any Care Home is only as good as its Management allows.
In my opinion, recent concerns have been addressed and I would not hesitate in recommending Rosebery Manor.

My cousin moved in to Rosebery Manor in 2014 shortly after it opened. From the outset, every effort was made to accommodate her needs. The agreement to allow her dog to move in with her was especially appreciated. During her time at the Manor my cousin always assured me that she was being well looked
after, that the food was good and that the staff could not have been more considerate. I know she was very happy there. My cousin was able to live as independently as her circumstances allowed and to retain her dignity at all times. In recent months my cousin's health began to fail and she was admitted to hospital where she died. All those involved with her were attentive, concerned and compassionate throughout, and very supportive in helping me to deal with the practical issues involved.

My Mum was the very first resident at Rosebery Manor in December 2014, and she lived there until early July this year, by which time she was nearly 102. I moved her to East Yorkshire, near to me, so that my wife and I could visit her more frequently. Sadly at the beginning of August, she died, peacefully
in her favourite armchair.


Any move into a Residential Home from one's own house is bound to be difficult, but I was always impressed with the care and attention shown to my Mum. With some Members of the staff I felt it went beyond normal duty, particularly as my Mum could be difficult at times.


I have no hesitation in recommending Rosebery Manor. It is well laid out and in my experience, it is well run.

An excellent care home, probably one of the best but at a cost!
It's a crying shame why all care homes cannot be set to this standard and you don't have to sell your house to obtain a good quality care home.
Staff are brilliant, caring and attentive.
Meals are varied and the staff look out for those
who either forget or didn't attend a meal time.
The car park is generally an issue trying to park your car as it generally is full so you have to park on the road or in the adjacent road.
Nurses keep you well informed if they have a concern by calling you directly.
An excellent care home.

The housekeeping team and I make sure our home is kept clean and tidy to a very high standard. We provide a weekly service to all our residents to ensure their private apartment suites are maintained to their personal preference and their laundry requirements are met. The communal areas are cleaned daily so our home looks as good today as it did when we first opened in 2014. We take great pride in our home and value the lovely relationship we have with all our residents.

Meeting all dietary requirements and requests on a daily basis is something that Neal prides himself on.


Neal leads a team that delivers a well-balanced, nutritious and beautifully presented course, served to all whatever time of day.

With over 40 years of experience in the care sector, Mandy is now thrilled to be The Oaks Dementia Care Manager.


Mandy completed her level 5 in Health and Social Care in 2021 and has supported others to progress in this area.


Mandy is passionate about supporting our residents, their families and her team as well as being an important part of Rosebery Manor.


Mandy has dedicated 5 years to Rosebery Manor and continues to support personal growth within the home and especially within the Dementia community.
