I am a qualified Biomedical Scientist and specialised in Blood Transfusion. I worked for the NHS before I decided to join the Health and Social Care sector in 2012. Since then, I have been in various management roles within the sector.
I joined Oakland Care in 2020 as a Unit Manager. I then progressed to the Head of Memory and Residential Care Role before moving into the Deputy Manager Role and now General Manager. I have a passion for providing exceptional care and developing a team that goes over and beyond in the care they provide.
