The fee covers all dietary and hydration requirements: breakfast, lunch/dinner and evening meal with snacks and drinks offered throughout the day; laundry; medication administration/assistance; entertainment/companionship; personal care, cleaning and some outings. Hairdressing is not included although hair washing and drying is provided under personal care. Newspapers and some outings are also not included. Top up fees are considered.
The home welcomes visitors including children and house trained dogs.
The home do kindly request that unless visitors are assisting with meals that visiting during mealtimes is avoided.
This is for the privacy of residents and so that staff can encourage and monitor residents with their meals.
A list of mealtimes on reception and staff can also inform visitors of this.
Car parking is available at the home without restrictions, the home kindly requests that visitors using the car park only park in designated bays to avoid restricted access of emergency vehicles.

Moji has over 20 years experience working in care, she joined Avante as a Registered Home Manager in September 2020, having previously held roles as an Area Co-ordinator and Regional Support Manager. Moji has a BSc in Sociology and MSc in Criminology and Criminal Psychology
Moji's proudest achievement since joining Avante has been supporting residents, their family members and staff through the recent pandemic and the associated challenges, keeping the home safe and maintaining staffing levels.
