We’re concerned and sorry that you didn’t receive the information you wanted. We did communicate regularly with your sister and brother-in-law as they were the stated points of contact our team members used. These were the preferences we were given and we have checked but cannot find anything in the archived notes to indicate otherwise. We were genuinely not aware that you would not have the information. We do apologise. We would also like to thank your family for contributing to our staff fund after we held your mother’s wake at the home and did all we could to make sure your needs were catered for on the day.

I work closely with the care team to ensure that all care staff are equipped with the knowledge, training and understanding to provide consistently high levels of care for each resident.
