I just want to say a massive thank you to the manager and his team for taking such good care of my twin brother. Every time I came to see him he was always clean, dressed and sat with other people, he was never sat in his room alone which helped him I'm sure. To the manager - all your staff were very
good not just with my brother with everyone, they spent time with them not rushing off to do other jobs. Thank you for making his final days so comfortable that means a lot to me. Lovely place and lovely staff.

We just wanted say a heartfelt thank you to you and all your staff for the outstanding care that you gave to Dad, in what was to be his last few days.
You were all very professional, respectful and compassionate in all that you did for Dad, it gave us great comfort knowing that Dad was being well cared
for.
Although you had not known Dad before he came to The Glen we felt you treated him as if you had known him in his earlier days, by finding about his life story.
I would like to add that as Dad’s family we were consulted at all times about Dad’s care and treated very kindly at all times.

The care my dad received from everyone at The Glen was outstanding, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home to anyone. From the beginning, it felt like we were all family. The staff, without exception, were friendly, caring and committed to providing a very professional service while still retaining
a homely environment. My dad felt very settled here, he enjoyed all aspects of the home, and they went out of their way to care for his needs. We had experience of several other homes, but The Glen provided, by far, the best quality of care my dad received and we were so very grateful.
