Having worked in customer service for most of my life, I take pride in putting people first and ensuring service is king. When I joined Haddon Hall I was delighted to see how nice, warm and friendly the team here are and how special they make our residents feel.
My role as client services manager involves supporting people through the process of choosing a care home and offering advice, guidance, reassurance and compassion for individuals and their loved ones. I feel very honoured and humbled to have the opportunity to be able to help at each stage of the process, from showing people around our home to assisting them on moving-in day and everything in between.

Haddon Hall is an amazing home to work in; the staff and our residents are fantastic, and we think of ourselves as one big happy family. As an activities and wellbeing coordinator, I coordinate and support the planning, creation and delivery of our home's activities and wellbeing programme, which aims to encourage our residents to participate in various engaging activities and hobbies. I spend time getting to know our residents so that I can produce a programme of activities that cater to their specific interests and assist in the whole-home approach of delivering person-centred care.
