We understand your grief at this difficult time but regret that some of the comments you have made are not representative of the circumstances at hand, which of course is understandable given that you were not the single person nominated for visiting in accordance with Government guidance and Public Health England guidance currently. I would confirm also, that End of Life visits did take place, again, in accordance with ever-changing guidance during these difficult times we are living in. Having worked in customer service for most of my life, I take pride in putting people first and ensuring service is king. When I joined Haddon Hall I was delighted to see how nice, warm and friendly the team here are and how special they make our residents feel.
My role as client services manager involves supporting people through the process of choosing a care home and offering advice, guidance, reassurance and compassion for individuals and their loved ones. Haddon Hall is an amazing home to work in; the staff and our residents are fantastic, and we think of ourselves as one big happy family. I thoroughly enjoy my role and find training new care staff incredibly rewarding. We pride ourselves on delivering person-centred care and making a positive difference in the lives of our residents.
I have two grown-up children who I raised in Cheshire, and I now have five wonderful grandchildren.

As an activities and wellbeing coordinator, I coordinate and support the planning, creation and delivery of our home's activities and wellbeing programme, which aims to encourage our residents to participate in various engaging activities and hobbies. I spend time getting to know our residents so that I can produce a programme of activities that cater to their specific interests and assist in the whole-home approach of delivering person-centred care.
