Thank you very much for your review, it is very much appreciated. With regards to our staffing levels, we always endeavour to ensure our staffing levels meet the needs of our residents. We also take on board feedback from residents and staff. With regards to our residents' bedding, this is based on how often the residents would like their bedding changed. Your mother usually informs the care team when she would like her sheets changed, unfortunately, it appears that this was missed on this occasion. We have taken action to ensure this is not missed going forward. I have requested that staff receive a reminder training session regarding not forgetting to knock before they enter our residents' rooms. I apologise that it appears we have not met our usual exceptional standards on this occasion.
