The home offers a warm welcome to all relatives visiting loved ones.
If advance notice is given, visitors are welcome to use the facilities. For example, friends and family may like to join loved ones in the spacious dining room for a meal or even enjoy a light bite in one of the tea rooms.
In order to dedicate the time to provide an initial look around, the Lodge requests that viewings are organised in advance to ensure staff members are available.

We really appreciate the time you have taken to complete this positive review. Our staff take great care and respect when providing support for all our residents and their loved ones. We are particularly proud of the incredible work they do on a daily basis while we work through COVID-19. We have tried to keep life as "normal" as possible, and our standards are high at Abbeywood. We have stayed within Government guidelines all the way, hopefully keeping loved ones informed.
