Charters Court Care Home, ideally situated in the luxurious Charters Retirement Village, in East Grinstead, West Sussex, delivers residential, nursing and residential dementia care.

It was a difficult decision to move my mother from her house and place her into care but we went to Charters Court Care Home and everything moved very quickly and smoothly. We are now coming up to two years and my mother is looking very well and seems very happy in herself. I am so grateful to the staff
of Aspen for looking after my mother so well and keeping us informed of everything.

Mum was very anxious when she first arrived in 2022. She was made so welcome - everwhere was peaceful and calm and beautifully clean. Her room was very homely and had her own bathroom/shower and toilet just as Mum wanted so it met her needs immediately. The floor manager/team leader in Willow was amazing,
her kind, gentle, profession demeanour shos through and this reflected in her staff. My worries over Mum's care soon disappeared as I know that any changes or incidents concerning Mum will be dealt with immediately and I will be informed. Well done.

My brother receives wonderful care in bright, clean and safe surroundings. The staff are both kind and attentive and nothing is ever too much trouble. The food, gardens and activities are second to none.

We were incredibly lucky and blessed to be able to place my lovely mum with the care she received at Charters Court Care Home. She was treated with respect, kindness and dignity. I was also supported so well on days that were difficult. Communication was excellent and all the staff went above and beyond

I feel like we have hit the jackpot - my mum came to Charters Court Care Home from hospital and the improvements in her health are amazing. The care and kindness shown by all staff is second to none and the facilities are fantastic. I couldn't recommend Charters Court highly enough!

Since moving to Charters Court Care Home, my health has improved along with my happiness. The staff are very gentle and patient and are always smiling. My room is bright and looks over the garden. I have my own belongings which makes it really homely. I have made many new friends and we enjoy taking
part in the activities together. The kitchen always looks after my dietary needs and food allergies perfectly.

My mum came from hospital about two months ago. She was made to feel so welcome from the start. Everyone here is so friendly and kind and gave her time and so much care when she was settling in and always her room is spacious and she is surrounded by her belongings and pictures which made her feel more
and more at home. She now has company, safety and three lovely meals a day in a very homely, caring environment.

I am very happy here, and the staff are so kind and lovely. I've been here now for a few months, and everybody helped to settle me in and get used to living in a different way. I am very independent - and feel lucky to be somewhere where I can feel so at home. I have my pictures and lots of belongings
here in my big room - my bathroom is spacious, and the staff keep everything so clean.

My nan, aged 97, came to Charters Court from the hospital after a fall to be assessed. She instantly loved being there. The staff treated her with such kindness and dignity while still finding time to make sure she is stimulated and happy. My nan loves the food and activities that are provided - she
thinks she is staying in a posh hotel! Whenever we visit, we are made to feel very welcome. We were delighted to learn she could continue to stay, long-term. Such a relief for everyone.

Mum became a resident at Charters Court Care Home in November 2021. Her care since day one has been exemplary. The kindness and patience of each and everyone involved with Mum's care has been second to none. Mum always praised the menus and food and was delighted with the beautiful way in which her
laundry was dealt with and presented. Always freshly pressed and smelling fragrant. Mum received end-of-life care just recently and the attention she received during this difficult time was both kind and extremely professional. Throughout Mum's stay at Charters Court, my brother and I have been kept up to date with any change in her care and any issues. The communication has been excellent and latterly compassionate and sympathetic.
We cannot praise or thank them enough.
