New purpose-built wing added to existing Grade 11 listed Chapel, which has also been completely refurbished to extremely high standards.

All large bedrooms with flat-screen smart TV, and en-suite shower rooms, for Residential, Dementia and Nursing Care.

Chapel Care Centre has a highly trained staff team to support residents in all aspects of their daily living. They offer a range of activities to suit most tastes.

Chapel Care Centre has close links with the nearby hospital and GP service, with regular GO rounds being undertaken each week.

All meals are freshly prepared on-site by the home's chefs. Residents can choose from the menu daily, or choose an alternative should they wish. Drinks and snacks are widely available throughout the day and night.

My dad was transferred to Chapel House from hospital after a fall at home. After being discharged from the NHS care at Chapel House dad chose to stay as a private resident. Dad was very content to stay because of the excellent care he received from all the staff at the home. All the family were very
happy with dad's care and the wonderful staff there.

Although mum was only with you for the last 2 weeks of her life she was happy and we were so grateful for the care and attention given to her by the staff. The home is a lovely environment and the staff are friendly and always happy to help. Thank you for the care you gave to mum and us, the family.

I was very satisfied with all the care and rehabilitation treatment I received.
All those who looked after me were very kind, caring and dedicated to looking after service users. My en-suite room was very good, apart from the lighting, which was poor and I had to use my own table lamp for reading.
The
food would have been greatly improved had it been served hot. I thought the choices, when I was given any, were mediocre, I missed being offered any fruit when confined to my room

Friendly and experienced staff towards dad. Always approachable and willing to answer any questions and make visitors welcome. Any concerns which are raised are dealt with promptly in a polite and friendly manner. We have noticed dad is far more engaged with carers and nurses. He recognises and has
built a trust.

I find the care home caring and friendly. Always ready to help. Clean and tidy building and the room also. My dad is looked after very well. He is clean and well fed. The staff are caring to residents and to the family at all times.
