We constructively use all feedback to ensure that all of our residents within our care can be improved upon and to ensure that we continually review our operations to maintain a safe, secure, and caring home for everyone living here.
We do offer an open-door policy, where any issue highlighted can be drawn to the attention of the Home Manager immediately.
We attempted many times to alleviate the issues that you did bring to our attention and we ensured that you were communicated to in all aspects of care, staff changes, and the general well-being of your mother.
