Baily House Care Home is a modern, purpose built home which offers residential, dementia and respite care as well as palliative and end of life care services.

As well as the team of care assistants the home has a team of cooks, cleaners and maintenance staff to ensure the home is run to a continually high standard.

The home, which has WiFi, also provides residents with their own TV, fridge and telephone point in their bedrooms, and there are seven communal lounges providing other spaces to relax and enjoy spending time in.

The home’s gardens are secure and accessible to residents throughout the year, designed with the specific needs of an older person in mind.

An amazing place that always does its very best. All the staff are fabulous and treat all the residents with care, compassion and like their own family. Always trying to find things to keep everyone occupied and put on good events like the fireworks display so families can still enjoy these times together.
The home is always spotless and the resident's rooms are very nice and beautifully decorated. All visitors are made to feel welcome and can join in anything. I can honestly say that I would recommend this place to anyone.

My mother and I looked at several different care homes for respite for my father, with mum finding it hard to manage on her own. As soon as we walked into Baily House it looked like a 5-star hotel but it felt just like a family home, to the lovely manager who offered so much comfort and support and
the wonderful staff that gave such loving and expert care I would like to say a big thank you.
We were able to relax knowing that Dad was being cared for by such lovely people. He enjoyed so many activities and made many new friends. We would recommend this home to anybody that needs a loved one to be cared for.

All I can say is what a wonderful care home my mum is in. She is so happy now and the family know she is safe and never on her own.
The staff have been wonderful helping the family and welcoming them into the home.
Not only do they look after our loved ones, but they take care of the family too.
I can not praise the staff enough for all they do for my mum.
Thank you, everyone, so much for the love and care you all give to my mum.
I would certainly recommend this home to anyone. They do so much for all the residents. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I cannot praise this home enough. One of my service users from the community had to come into care. Bailey House was found, and boy, did they do us proud. The food was lovely, always activities to keep our loving lady busy. Care could be given outdoors, indoors, they have their own prayer room, have
lots of regular singers and different entertainment. Visiting isn’t restricted which we found lovely. If medical assistance was needed it was gotten immediately. Anything that was requested was given 24 hours a day. The love and dedication staff gave her was phenomenal. They deserved to receive care home of the year. Staff are all hard working and so approachable. 5* in my opinion well-done team Bailey House. In my opinion as a carer of 20 years, this is the only place to put a loved one.

We have been extremely satisfied with the care and support provided for my mother since she went to live at Bailey House. She has nothing but praise for the staff, and everything we have seen confirms our view that Mum's quality of life has significantly improved. We have been impressed by the cheerful
and friendly environment and have found staff to be unfailingly helpful. Friends and relatives have also made positive comments about Bailey House when they have visited.

My mother was the first resident at this care home. She has been looked after really well especially when she has her chest infections. The staff always inform me if she is not well. You are always greeted with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. The activities co-ordinator always makes sure there
is something for everyone's taste. I class all the staff as my mum's extended family as they care for her as I would.

It was really difficult to put Auntie in a care home because she has really been independent but eventually we had no choice, she didn't accept it very well at first, but after a year, she still has days when she isn't happy but the staff are really good and try really hard with all the residents. I
do not feel we could have found anywhere better for her.

My husband has settled down very well in this care home. The staff are all very caring and look after them very well. They arrange lots of entertainment to keep them occupied; singers, dancers etc come in quite regularly.
They check their health and arrange visits by doctors or nurses when needed.
We have been most impressed by everything and would recommend this home to anyone.

There has been a dramatic change in the way of activities, shows, entertainment, singers and dances are part of a package that is ongoing, with dates of such in a way in the future.
Bailey House is certainly a place to be. All staff are jolly and happy and will do anything for individual people.

The home is kept very clean. Furniture is immaculate, and the bedrooms are lovely. My parents are looked after very well. If they are in need of medical intervention, this is done promptly. Staff are very friendly to my parents and helpful. Very good entertainment is put on for residents.

I feel that here at Baily House we put emphasis on each resident as an individual, promoting their choices and enabling them to maintain links with the wider community. There is a wide activities programme and all staff work together to encourage people to continue their long-term hobbies and take up new ones.


I believe the only way to achieve the very best care, is to have a well-trained and dedicated staff team, all of whom possess all the core values and beliefs that I and the company feel are essential to be a part of the Baily House Care Home. This is achievable through robust recruitment processes and by providing up-to-date, relevant training programmes. I enjoy working together to provide the most homely and best care experience for your loved ones.

As one of the Deputy Managers at Baily House, my role is to ensure that residents and staff are supported at all times.


The management team are available seven days a week to ensure that there is always someone available to help.


Part of my role includes ensuring that all staff are highly trained. I strive to include exciting and innovative training for all staff to ensure that the residents living at Baily House receive exceptional care.

Being Chaplain for Baily House means I play a part in ensuring the lives of our residents are both fulfilling and purposeful, which gives me a huge amount of enjoyment and satisfaction.


As Chaplain I have an opportunity not only to share in a person’s faith or spiritual needs but to support them with their emotional, physical and practical needs and support their families too. My role gives a voice to those who may not otherwise be heard, ensuring equality, dignity, purpose and respect are promoted for everyone in a just and equal manner and without exception.
