Anwen Care Home is built on a foundation of empathy, respect, and a commitment to enhancing the lives of our residents. The home is a lively, active place and Caron Group’s guiding principles; respect, dignity and choice, are echoed in everything we do. I have worked within the care sector for 26 years and it is important to remember that high-quality care is not just about tending to physical needs, but also about understanding and nurturing emotions, whilst creating a sense of belonging. My favourite part of any day is interacting with the residents and seeing them smile.
