I visited my uncle at Karuna Manor on 4th September 2019. I have found from parking to reception, park, temple, kitchen, cinema hall, rooms, building, staff from top to bottom - everyone is nice and everything is excellent. I recommend this beautiful place and all people to spend time in this perfect
place before the end of life.

Excellent and friendly environment. Staff are very caring. My Mum is well looked after. There are lots of activities taking place which she enjoys. She enjoys visiting The Temple and taking full part in singing Bhajans.

The real asset of this wonderful home is the staff. From the receptionist to the person delivering the laundry, every one of them exudes a caring and friendly persona. My mum is extremely happy with the care and love she receives from all the staff at Karuna Manor.

Absolutely a fantastic place.
Clean and tidy.
Excellent care home but more of a home. Food offered is restaurant style, home cooked.
You need to come here to believe what people say about it.

Karuna Manor is more than a care home. It is home to all its residents. The ambience is, together with the atmosphere, very soothing and attractive. The high quality of care is something that is most reassuring to the residents and their families.
The staff are very friendly and well-trained and always
eager to please and assist.
The food is excellent. The provision of Temple services with the resident Priest is a feather in the cap for Karuna Manor.

All carers are genuine and ready to help at all times.


The manager is very caring and approachable at all times and makes every effort to resolve any issues immediately.


All nursing staff monitor residents regularly and report any concerns immediately.

My wife came to Karuna Manor in February 2018, when she was discharged from hospital following a massive stroke. She needs total nursing and 24-hour care. Since moving to Karuna Manor her overall well being has improved and she is very happy here.
This is due to the excellent care she receives from
the compassionate and caring staff. This home is managed very well.

This care home is truly exceptional. There are no negatives whatsoever.
From management to the Priest, carers, nurses, head chef, chef and cleaners are just amazing. This care home is at a very high standard. Just like a 5 star hotel.
