My mother has been here for nearly a year and on Friday the staff organised a surprise birthday for her.
I cannot thank them enough, they went over and above in every aspect.
Decorations, entertainment, food and drink.
They certainly made it a memorable afternoon.
I cannot recommend Camberley Manor
enough it feels like a 5* hotel and I am so grateful my mother is there.

My brother and I have been delighted with Camberley Manor since our 97-year-old father moved in at the start of November.
All of the staff are unfailingly helpful and cheerful. The care staff deal with his various issues - medication, mobility, hearing, comprehension, etc - with great attention and
understanding. They work hard to improve his quality of life by getting him out of his room and involved with activities.
We are pleased to give the home the high recommendation it deserves.

It became obvious roughly three weeks ago that my sister-in-law needed to move into a nursing home in the Camberley Area and I started to ‘research’ possibilities and in fact visited eight different homes. I was warmly welcomed on arrival at Camberley Manor and spent one and a half hours not only being
shown around this beautiful home, but receiving lots of information about how they care for their residents. The staff, none of which are agency, were very friendly and I felt that my sister-in-law would receive caring and loving attention if she came here. In my opinion Camberley Manor must rate as five star and from what I have seen the weekly activities laid on for the residents are excellent. My sister-in-law has a beautiful room with a large en suite wet room for easy showering, which certainly is superior to some of the other potential homes I visited. I would strongly recommend Camberley Manor.

My Dad stayed at Camberley Manor to rehabilitate after a long stay in hospital where he was bed-bound. The booking in process from being shown around to the transfer from the hospital went very smoothly. The facilities at Camberley Manor are exceptional: his room was light, airy and spacious with a
tv and en-suite. The level of care provided is of a very high standard with safety measures such as sensor mats to prevent falls in place. All staff are very caring, positive, kind and helpful. The Physio worked wonders on my Dad’s mobility. He was unable to walk without falling the first few days and left walking with a stick so he made a massive improvement in 6 weeks. The outdoor facilities are amazing. There are gorgeous gardens in which to relax, BBQs, a fish pond, crazy golf and more. There are daily fun activities for all residents to participate in some of which my dad did and thoroughly enjoyed especially The Gardening Club and the Quizzes. I cannot recommend Camberley Manor highly enough.

I have been here for over 7 months and I now consider Camberley Manor my new home. The staff are fabulous and so caring. The respect I am given is exactly what I would expect from the TLC Care group. I’m made to feel independent whilst having the support if I need it.
The food is lovely and the well-being
girls work so hard, the entertainment is such fun.
All the staff are helpful and nothing is too much trouble. so helpful in the moving-in process and the unit manager is incredibly helpful.

My mother stayed at Camberley Manor for about 20 months until she recently passed away. She had quite bad dementia for the last 6-9 months and was bed-bound for about the last 3 months. In all her time at Camberley Manor, I found the care to be first-rate, the staff to be caring and attentive, and the
communication excellent. The best recommendation I could give is that, if I needed to go into a care home someday, I would not hesitate in considering Camberley Manor as an option.

Towards the end of February, my aunt arrived at Camberley Manor Care Home and has settled well into this lovely establishment, set in beautiful surroundings. At all times when visiting, my sister and I note the great care and consideration of all the team on Clover ward. They treat our aunt, all the
residents and families with respect and it is such a pleasure to visit and be greeted so warmly.
I am impressed with the communication from the nurse managers on the ward, always keeping us informed of any issues. It has been such a relief to find such a great home for her knowing she is well looked after in all respects. Thank you.

The service we as a family received, was outstanding. It exceeded our expectations of a typical care home. The management team bent over backwards to accommodate the needs of my grandma and get her out of hospital and settled, incredibly quickly. They continued to support us as a family, throughout
her stay. The nursing team who cared for my grandma were attentive, knowledgeable, kind and empathic. We knew she was in the best care and this provided us as a family with enormous relief. The home itself is immaculately presented, well maintained and provides a clean attractive hotel like feel, for those who both live there and visit. My grandma was never keen on going into a care home, but when she viewed Camberley Manor, she immediately liked the place, its atmosphere, its facilities and the friendly, gentle staff who work there. I can't recommend Camberley Manor highly enough. We will be forever grateful to the whole team who cared for my grandma so well.

Camberley Manor is a very relaxed and caring place to be when visiting. I am sure it is for the residents too! It feels like nothing is too much trouble. It has a lovely, cosy and inviting atmosphere. Friendly and welcoming. Compassionate and caring. It is decorated in warm and cosy shades, bright and
light. Everywhere looks new and is very clean.

Although Mum has only moved into the home this month, it has been evident to me, from the few visits I have made, how attentive and available all the staff are. The building and gardens are also maintained to a high standard, and the quality of the food provided is also very good.

My father spent his last few weeks at Camberley Manor Care Home, and they were fantastic.
The care home facilities are brilliant, the home is kept ultra-clean and Covid friendly. The staff at Camberley Manor are exceptional, I couldn't have asked for more caring staff to look after my dad in his time
of need. The management and all the staff that work with them went well above and beyond. They care, not just for the resident but also for the family, and it made such a big difference to us as a family. What makes a care home special is when the staff really care, are passionate about service and always take the time to check everything is ok and if they can do anything.

In the short time my mum came to Camberley Manor Care Home the care she received was truly amazing and caring. The staff always made sure that me, my sister and my dad were ok on a daily basis. It was such a difficult decision to place my beautiful mum in care, but she was living with dementia and struggled to look after herself, and wasn’t safe living on her own. Searching for the perfect forever home during a pandemic is a challenge, but the second I walked into Camberley Manor Care Home
and was met by the community development manager all my worries and fears were gone, it felt like home, I knew she was meant to live there, from the stunning bedrooms, lounges, communal areas to the fantastic gardens!
Almost 6 months have passed since Mum moved in, she has settled wonderfully, all of the care staff, nurses, and management, which includes everyone from cleaners, laundry, and administration are so caring and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Camberley Manor is a family and we, my family and I, are so thankful to be a part of that family.
Thank you all for all you do for my wonderful mum and us, you truly are very special.

I began my TLC journey in May 2021 as the Head Chef at Camberley Manor. I worked in the industry for the previous 10 years before joining and was drawn in by the Values of Truth, Love and Compassion.


My Passion has always been cooking and making people smile with food, I completed my studies in Hospitality management and professional cookery at college and started working at the age of 15 as a ‘tea lady’. I believe that the elderly should have an outstanding experience at every mealtime with the correct level of nutrition.


During the year 2022, I was recognised as the Great British Care Chef of the Year for the South region and came in 1st place for the South-East Region for the National Association of Care Catering, care chef of the Year competition, not to mention being placed in the final for the National Care Awards. I am so proud of these achievements and decided at this point in my Chef career that it was time to hang up my Jacket.


As I begin my journey now as the Hotel Service Manager I wish to achieve outstanding services across the whole home, ensuring that our residents are at the heart of everything we do.

I am Salika Handi, an accomplished Finance and HR Manager with over 15 years of experience in the banking and hospitality industries across the UK, Qatar, and Sri Lanka. With a diverse professional background that includes significant tenures at HSBC, Qatar Airways, and Hertfordshire Council, I refined my skills in financial management and hospitality services to deliver exceptional results. I possess dual Master’s Degrees, including an MBA from Kingston University and an MBS from Colombo University. I bring a wealth of expertise to my role at TLC, having joined in December 2023 with the aim of ensuring the seamless operation of Finance and HR functions. My dedication to resident happiness and well-being is evident in my commitment to providing top-notch care and hospitality to all individuals, including residents, their families, and visitors alike. My dedication to cultivating a welcoming and nurturing atmosphere aligns perfectly with TLC’s core values of Truth, Love, and Compassion, which I consistently embody in all my endeavours.

Harry Tucker

Job Title: Head Chef

Meet Harry Tucker, our exceptional Head Chef at Camberley Manor Care Home! Harry joined TLC in January 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous roles. He spent 5 years with Caring Homes, starting as a Sous Chef at Home of Compassion before becoming Head Chef at both Horsell Lodge and Dormy House.


In his current role, Harry leads a fantastic team of Chefs and Catering Assistants, ensuring residents' dietary needs are met with meticulous care, planning diverse and delicious menus, and valuing resident feedback.


Renowned for his culinary skills and dedication, Harry creates meals that delight our residents every day. Outside of work, he loves spending quality time with his family, attending cricket matches with his dad, and swimming.

Dimpal Gadher

Job Title: Office Manager

My name is Dimpal Gadher. I have worked in the care sector for the last 12 years.


I have joined TLC in May 2022, initially, as a Head Housekeeper. Within my job I have been provided a wealth of support and opportunities to achieve my goals. I am now Onboarding Champion, Manual Handling Champion and Engagement Champion in Camberley Manor.


In April 2023 I was offered the role as Admin Assistant and have since been promoted to Office Manager. I love to see the families of our residents and build close bonds with them.


In my free time, I enjoy listening to Bollywood music and of course love to spend quality time with my Family.

Crystal joined Camberley Manor Care Home on June 10, 2024, as a Customer Service Supervisor, taking a lead on role modelling an outstanding customer experience across all areas of the business; delivering exceptional customer service and proactively addressing customer feedback with effecting communication and resolution.


What I enjoy most is the opportunity to make a positive impact on both residents and their families. It’s incredibly fulfilling to be part of a team that provides not just care, but a supportive and compassionate environment where residents can feel valued, safe, and comfortable. I take great pride in ensuring that all aspects of the care home experience, from communication to service delivery, are handled with the utmost professionalism and empathy. Being able to listen to residents and their families, addressing their concerns, and helping create a warm, welcoming atmosphere is very rewarding.
