Dad was treated very well by the team on Holkham Suite.
Room Clean.
Activities very good.
Food and drink good.
Think care plans and reviews for things like pads need to be done more often. Dad ran out of pads, and I had to pay even though the shop supply prices too high!
Dads end of life was
quick and a shock (Covid) but the staff were all amazing and a great support and comfort at a difficult time.

I visited St John's in February 2019, the last home to visit out of six on one day for emergency respite for Mum - who had dementia. The home looks stunning from the outside, and once inside, it's truly impressive and clean. All the staff acknowledge me on my tour of the building and once on the Holkham
suite. I found it very homely and caring. Staff have time to help and do their best for all the residents. My impression was that it was clean and caring with nice rooms and plenty of things organised for the resident to be part of. The staff give 100% and make it as "homely" as possible. There was no doubt this was the right place for Mum.

As a family, we have been very happy with the care my late mother was given. Mum was very happy and settled at St John's; she said everyone was kind. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we could not go into the home, but did have some visits at the coffee shop, and would speak to Mum on the phone. All
the staff were approachable. Mum was treated with dignity, and that was important to us as family.

My dear father spent some time in St John's House, the care he received by all members of staff was first-class. He was treated with respect, kindness and as a family we couldn't fault his care. Sadly my dad passed in the home on September 2nd. The care prior to his passing was wonderful and after we
and my mother were treated with love, dignity and kindness.

My father in law was taken to St John's House for respite care. Unfortunately, he passed away during his time here. The care provided for him was excellent. The staff were kind and caring towards him and us as a family. As it was during COVID restrictions visits were limited but they kept us informed

My mother was really well looked after during her four-month respite. I would gladly recommend St John's House to anyone. All of the staff were caring. Nothing was too much trouble. You always felt comfortable, and it is a homely environment. It is absolutely immaculate, such a calm relaxing place.
As a family, we felt confident we made the right choice!
