Wings Care provides a safe place for its service users. Things that could be improved:- a cleaner employed to clean the bathrooms of the service users on a weekly basis - all the communal areas are very clean, but the individual bathrooms i.e. toilets and showers should be kept to a higher standard
of hygiene, even if this is charged to the service user. More home-cooked food for family meals rather than takeaways.
