Beech Hall is located at the centre of the Armley community in Leeds. The home was rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission in February 2020. The home is purpose-built and finished to a very high standard.

Beech Hall provides friendly and comfortable residential and dementia care for up to 64 residents in single en suite rooms with wet room provision. Beech Hall's facilities include a cinema room, coffee shop/ cafe and a number of quiet lounges.

The home benefits from a Tovertafel table which connects people and provides interactive entertainment for residents, especially those with dementia.

We are really happy with the care mum receives. The staff are all wonderful. It's obvious that they all really care about the residents and their well being. The food always looks appetizing and well presented. Overall we have no complaints whatsoever. Thank you.

We are very happy with the care our relative receives. The staff are very caring and she is able to have a laugh and joke with them. They are very caring and quick to act if they feel a doctor is needed. We feel we have been lucky to find such a good home for Mum.

I really enjoyed his stay at Beech Hall for 1 week respite care. The carers were very kind and helpful. They spent time looking after me. I also enjoyed the food, lots of choice. My room was nice and clean. I liked the garden area and there were different activities to do. It also felt spacious in the
lounge and dining room. I am looking forward to going back again.

Since I came, the staff are very caring and seem to do their best to please. The meals are adequate and the drinks are plentiful. Also, activities are available to all if they wish to partake. Beech Hall must come highly recommended.

My father has been a resident at Beech Hall since 6th March 2018. The care he receives is excellent. The staff are all very nice and approachable. Nothing is too much trouble.
For anyone thinking of using the care on offer at Beech Hall, I would say do it. I would recommend it to anyone. Keep up the
great work.

My Mother moved into Beech Hall in November 2016 and absolutely loves it here. She has made many friends here and takes part in many of the activities that are on offer to all the residents. The staff are all very professional, kind and caring and my mum loves them all which is very reassuring for me
as I live three hours away. I can facetime her as Wifi is provided which is lovely.
When my friends visit we all say "it's like home from home".

The staff at Beech Hall are caring, patient, considerate and helpful, often under very difficult circumstances. My mother's dietary requirements have been met and she can now enjoy her meals. She has been very happy with her room since the day she became a resident.

When I come to see my friend, I am always impressed by how smart and furnished the home is and how lovely the flowers and arrangements are at the window.


The staff are always very helpful and friendly to me and to the residents and treat them with dignity. My friend's room is lovely and made homely

with her photographs and personal pictures on the walls and ornaments. Her cupboards, wardrobes and furniture is very useful and has a purpose-built bathroom. All good.

Everytime I go to Beech Hall I receive a friendly professional reception. The home is clean and tidy and the staff are helpful and obliging often working under pressure and in difficult situations.
I would not have a problem recommending to friends and family.

I am extremely glad that my mum is a resident in Beech Hall. Their standard of care has been amazing over the past 2 years - the staff are excellent - completely approachable and happy to talk to you at any time.


The home is always spotlessly clean - the food is good and the residents are looked

after by very kind and caring staff.


On occasions when my mum has had to be admitted to hospital, they have always sent a member of staff with her, even though it has been well after their 'going home' time.


I have no complaints at all, and cannot praise Beech Hall highly enough.

When first visiting the home, I found it to be modern, airy, light, clean and fresh. The daytime areas, namely the lounge, dining area, quiet lounges were furnished well and comfortable. The bedroom was of a good size with ensuite facilities and very pleasant. The staff were caring and attentive and
interest was shown to individuals needs and should there be any concerns. I was contacted to deal with the same.

Amazing staff who work tirelessly to ensure the happiness, well-being and safety of the residents - often going that extra mile! We have recently enjoyed celebrating Christmas day there in a very festive and cheerful atmosphere.
Finally having to accept that it is no longer safe for your parents to
remain at home is a very heart-wrenching and emotional time. We have been supported through this by everyone at Beech Hall and have never regretted our choice of home. We love the open and welcoming atmosphere. Any concerns we had initially were listened to and addressed - the result being a very settled mother-in-law. For us, it has meant that we can sleep without worrying about being called out. We can now spend quality time with mum rather than worrying about the practicalities of her care.
And then the facilities! A care home that feels like a home with wide hallways, lovely soft furnishings and furniture. The lounge area is light and spacious with different areas to sit in. The dining tables are set with table linen (including napkins) and wine glasses with the varied menu being tasty and plentiful. The additional quiet lounges (once again with very tasteful decor) are ideal for sharing a family meal with your loved one or just enjoying a change of scenery. The bedrooms are the best we found anywhere: three quarter beds, a personal fridge and the en-suite wet room. The hair dressing salon was an additional bonus.
No-one can be less than impressed by the facilities when you visit - but it is the staff at this home who make it what it is. For us, it's become like an extended family. The whole staff have supported us through an emotional seven months and we are very grateful.
