She enjoyed those 17 months the care at Tremona was excellent - could not be faulted in any area.

Although, of course, my experience of other residential care homes is limited, I very much doubt, although some may be comparable, that there are any which would surpass this one in terms of overall quality and commitment that is enjoyed by the residents: if and when the time came, I would be happy to end my days in this establishment.
I should add that, although I have got to know many of the staff over the years, I have no relationship with any of them outside my frequent visits.

Sadly he passed away early June. He was aware of the situation and wished to see his final days
I visited regularly and was always made welcome. When the sad day came, their dealing of the situation was professional, caring and compassionate. I am so pleased that Dad asked to remain at the home for his final days - he developed a real bond with the team. We could not have asked for better care from Tremona, and I extend my heartfelt thanks to the whole team for their excellent care whilst Dad stayed there.

I started to work for B&M Care in 2007 at the original Tremona before transferring to Montrose and then back to Tremona when the home re-opened in 2015. With a genuine passion for delivering a highly-personalised lifestyle to those in the home, my career has seen me ‘rise through the ranks from Senior Care Assistant to my most recent promotion to Home Manager in 2019. Having completed the company’s in-house Management Development Pathway in 2016, other qualifications have since been acquired, including a QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
