As time went on she has gone from strength to strength. Over the two years, she has put on weight and now feels so confident that she goes back and forth to her room using her frame but without assistance.
She loves the place, the staff really look after her and in her own words “she hasn’t got a care in the world”. Her health has improved so much that she is looking younger and always has a smile on her face. It is a pleasure to visit her as the home is very welcoming and everyone knows each other.

The food was presented beautifully and liquidized as necessary. Nothing was ever too much trouble to cook an omelette/make a sandwich as an extra. The atmosphere was usually very happy and everyone seemed content. The nursing staff were very observative as to mums daily condition and called in the doctors when necessary. A very safe place to be for mum and for the family.

Johnbosco has a passion for teaching and training others to cook. He especially loved teaching those in HMP new skills for their futures and he has completed his level 4 diploma in management and is keen to progress in his career.
