I am so sorry to hear your mother wasn't taken with the food at Leycester House, it is such a shame we didn't know this during her stay because we could have asked the chef to cater more to her palette and preferences. My name is Tracy Barton and I am now the General Manager at Leycester House. I loved my time as Deputy, having fulfilled the role since 2018 and am now very much looking forward to my new role overseeing the running of Leycester House as General Manager. I have worked in care for over 2 decades and have had experience in elderly, nursing, mental health, dementia and young people in residential care. Before coming to Leycester House I was a coordinator for a large domiciliary company in Merseyside, a challenging, but rewarding job.
I feel privileged to be part of the Leycester House team, we are all so proud of the work we do and the quality of care that we give to our very deserving residents.
