My wife enjoys her regular hairdressing appointments and the trimming and varnishing of her nails. There are some staff members who work diligently behind the scene – (kitchen and laundry workers), and they too deserve special praise. The food is excellent and well -presented and laundry items are clean and freshly pressed. Residents are offered a range of activities by the creative and supportive Wellbeing team. Thank you for taking such care of my loved one.

The accommodation is first class as are the facilities, with all on site services (hairdressing etc) included in the fee.
An in-house Customer Relations Advisor (much like a hotel concierge role) makes sure the transition from home to care goes smoothly and takes a lot of the stress out of the unknown, for both the new resident and relatives.

I have over 20 years’ experience of being a home manager and I will be using this experience to ensure that all our residents at Ferrars Hall are cared for with the dignity, kindness and compassion that you would expect. Katie is our Senior Customer Relations Manager here at Ferrars Hall and the first point of contact for families and the local community. Katie is an experienced 'Dementia Friend' and loves getting to know residents and their families and supporting them through the transition of their loved ones into a care home.
Job Title: Chef Manager
Joined: 2020
Billal is our chef manager who joined the team in March of this year, he has worked in A la carte restaurants which have gone on to win awards. Billal is excited and proud to be a member of the team here at Ferrars and help in enhancing the fine dining experience. He invests time into training all members of his team, ensuring the dining experience at Ferrars Hall Care Home is second to none.

Our Activities and Wellbeing team get to know each of our residents individually and work together to provide a wide range of fun, interesting and meaningful activities for people to enjoy.
