While working at Manor Grange I was promoted to Head Housekeeper, my job role consists of leading the housekeeping team and ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness are maintained within both cleaning and laundry. I also liaise with Residents & Relatives to help identify and resolve any problems which may occur.

My role which I adore is very diverse and as well as planning daily activities I also organise many special events throughout the year and always am “cooking up” some new ideas. I enjoy building strong relationships with both Residents and Relatives. I lead a small but growing team of Activities staff who are all dedicated to bringing joy to our Residents.
