The self-contained luxury community, situated on the King's Road in Chelsea, offers bespoke, curated 24-hour nursing and dementia care, practised by a team of leading dementia-trained professionals.

Loveday Chelsea Court Place offers the exceptional service, convenience and luxury of a 5 star hotel in a home from home environment. It fuses cutting edge dementia-friendly interior design with state of the art technology, designed to support and elongate the quality of life for its residents.

The boutique residence boasts 15 premium ensuite apartments, which can be personally customised, an ambient restaurant and private dining room which is available for residents and their families to use for dinner parties and celebrations. Additional features include a 24-hour café, cinema and library, spa and beauty salon, sensory and treatment room, and indoor garden which provides a retreat for socialisation and stimulation.

Loveday Chelsea Court Place places a strong importance on social, physical and mental stimulation, all of which have been proven to enhance the mental health and emotional wellbeing of seniors and individuals with memory problems. Every day is different at Loveday Chelsea Court Place; pet therapy, art, baking, gardening, music and innovative daily exercise are just some of the in-house activities on the daily programme. Excursions to the ballet, art galleries, museums, local attractions and sporting events are also planned in response to individual hobbies and interests.

The care team comprises highly experienced, compassionate and caring staff, handpicked by the industry-leading General Manager. They are all highly-trained and strive to deliver the best possible care and experiences for each resident.

Izabela Klaczkiewicz

Job Title: General Manager

Izabela is the General Manager at Chelsea Court Place, Loveday’s first care home, which is the flagship residence in the Loveday portfolio.

Izabela studied medicine at a university in Poland before moving to the UK, where she has been enjoying a fulfilling career in care since 2005, working for prestigious care providers including Hallmark, Barchester and Sunrise.


Specialising in dementia care, Izabela has participated and contributed extensively to many dementia pilot projects to promote therapeutic approaches, interventions and innovations. She is dedicated to progressing the field of dementia and the way we deliver care to those living with the disease.


Izabela has a passion for providing the very highest standards of excellence for everybody, every day. She has a strong level of integrity and a belief in the need to value every person as an individual, thus extensively tailoring care plans around personal requirements and preferences.


Izabela has received national recognition for her commitment and contribution to dementia care including runner-up in the National Dementia Care Awards and the Dementia Champion Award at the national level.


In her previous employment, Izabela was instrumental in developing the Dementia Strategy and improving the Care Home rating from “requires improvement” to “outstanding”.
