It was lovely to have welcomed your father to join us for an agreed short term stay.
Throughout his time with us, I know our specialist and highly knowledgeable Dementia care team were both sensitive and dedicated to ensure he was able to enjoy his time with us to the fullest, however being able to meet people’s needs is crucial to ensure that everyone that lives with us receives the very best person-centred care that they deserve.
