The only downside is that at the moment there are few residents because it is so new. It feels somewhat empty and there is a lack of activities for Mum. She was used to a weekly keep fit class, quizzes and musical entertainment. I do understand that this is not easy with so few residents and I look forward to the time when more rooms are occupied!

Thank you so much for your lovely review. Our team love to hear positive feedback. I know we spoke this morning but just to confirm, you probably missed our lovely keep fit volunteer from mum's move-in to the time of review. Our volunteer does an exercise class once a fortnight. We have our therapist who has just returned from holiday who is in for 3 hours every Tuesday afternoon to do reiki, massage and sound therapy which is a very holistic approach. We also have a fantastic keep fit lady starting with us every Monday afternoon who will do keep-fit for a range of mobility. We do have a wide range of musical entertainment from external musicians and our team also do karaoke and sing-alongs. We will look at quizzes now your mum has moved in and enjoys them - we like our activity programme to be resident led. I hope you can come to our residents and family meeting on the 14th to contribute more suggestions that we can try, to gauge what is liked or otherwise.
