Kingsclear Care Home is situated in the affluent suburb of Camberley, providing quality residential, nursing and dementia care for 90 residents on a permanent and short stay basis.

Kingsclear offers first-class facilities and accommodation, allowing residents to feel welcome, relaxed and secure whilst also enjoying an active and independent lifestyle. If you’re a little unsure of what type of care is needed, or would like to move in as a couple, they’re happy to help with the details.

Luxuriously furnished with a cosy feel with various lounges which are perfect for socialising, to a cinema room, bistro area and hairdressing salon, there’s plenty to keep residents engaged. The home is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens with several rooms on the lower ground floor having access to the gardens from their private patio areas. Kingsclear's team is devoted to helping people live fulfilling lives and maintaining their independence, with the freedom to spend each day as they choose.

Through specialist dementia training, staff are able to create an inclusive environment for all residents where they have access to engaging and meaningful activities.

I am very happy with my husbands to care and have no problems. The only thing, I feel the food could be better.

On walking into reception, there is a warm, caring and friendly atmosphere. The care and support staff are wonderful and attentive at all times. The communal rooms are spacious and equivalent to hotel luxury, as are the individual rooms and cleanliness is of a very high standard.
It is comforting to
know that my sister is being cared for to such a high standard.

We were here three weeks for respite which was enjoyable and beneficial.
The staff were kind, courteous and helpful. The facilities and decor were excellent and the room spacious.
The system of serving food from the kitchen to the ground floor could be improved. Hopefully, the activities will be more
frequent and varied in the future.
The grounds are well laid out and the seating arrangements for outside are excellent. We highly recommend Kingsclear.

On entering Kingsclear the atmosphere is very welcoming with staff who are always willing to help. My parents are staying here for three weeks respite care and they have found the home's entertainment wonderful. They have been treated with respect, warmth and dignity. The rooms are airy, spacious and
very clean. The food is very good and nothing has been too much trouble. The home's manager is always willing to listen and chat to relatives but she will always get involved and be willing to take on any task within the home if it becomes necessary. This all adds up to a very happy environment and a caring home.

I moved my dad to Kingsclear in November 2017. From the day he arrived, the staff were genuinely interested in getting to know him and his personal likes and dislikes. All of the staff have a welcoming and friendly approach to not only to my dad, but to myself and my mother when we visit. The home
itself is in gorgeous surroundings and the rooms are clean and safe. The catering is of an exceptionally high standard with lots of variety and my dad is able to get something to eat at any time. There is always a nurse on duty and the doctor calls regularly. If I have any concerns or queries the staff are always happy to help or get back to me when they have further information.


I knew I made the right decision to move my dad to Kingsclear when I was able to drive away in my car after a visit and have no worries or concerns that he will be well looked after until my next visit.


My dad tells me he is living in a luxury mansion... I think he may be right!!! Thank you to all the staff.

Robert Cook

Job Title: Home Manager

As Home Manager I believe that our residents should be treated with the highest quality of care possible and ensure that my team and I always maintain this, whilst making each day memorable. I lead by example and involve myself in the day-to-day life of our community as well as making Kingsclear a happy and enjoyable place in which to live and work.


I enjoy my daily walk rounds and getting the opportunity to see and chat with our residents, seeing them smile and make new friends.


I have worked in care since I was 18 when I started as a domiciliary carer and stayed in this form of care for over eight years where I progressed through various roles including supervisor and management roles. Within this time, I also passed my Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management.


In 2020 I joined Kingsclear as the Dementia Unit Manager, before being promoted to Deputy Manager and am proud to now be Home Manager, all roles have given me the opportunity to offer stability to the people living in our community and my colleagues.


At Kingsclear we are one big family and everything we do is from the heart, delivering care with passion, respect, and empathy as we would want our own family members to be cared for.


The local area is lovely and it is important to us that our home is part of the local community, we always look forward to going out and welcoming the community into our home. In my spare time, I always look forward to spending time with my family when I get the chance.
