Excellent apart from the wifi. Only able to get good reception in the lobby. Not good enough for 2023 when all other aspects are so good.

Lincroft provided the most wonderful care for my mother during a few weeks of respite care. The staff were all amazing - caring and compassionate and made a real effort to get to know her, engage her in conversation and help her to meet other like-minded residents. The facilities were excellent: her
room was very comfortable and 'The Bistro' cafe area was a great place for residents to meet each other and also entertain visitors. The customer services manager was particularly responsive and helpful, from our initial enquiry to helping my mother move to a more suitable room after a few days and assisting with various other requests. I cannot fault the home in any way and would highly recommend it to others.

Though my mum was only at Lincroft Meadow Care Home for a very short time, everyone was so very welcoming and friendly. The staff couldn't do enough making my mum's last couple of weeks full of warmth, dignity and happiness in very difficult circumstances. I would like to send my huge thanks and so

The support my mother and our family are receiving from the staff at Lincroft Meadow Care Home is first class. Communication is very good and staff respond quickly to emails or phone calls and we are kept well informed. When we have requested a meeting with staff it has been organised quickly and we
have never felt rushed or that we are taking up too much of their time. Staff at all levels are friendly and approachable and have the resident's best interests at heart. They know their clients as individuals and have provided reassurance and alerted family when my mother is not so good. We really appreciate the partnership between our family, my mother and the Lincroft staff.
The range of activities on offer is very good and I am impressed by the use of the Lincroft FB page which details what is going on. It is always a pleasure to see a photo of my mother on the page.

Mum has been a resident for five weeks now and we have seen her general and mental health improve since transferring from living at home. At almost 100 years old, she is a very sociable person and enjoys interacting with the fabulous staff, who make such a fuss over her. Because of her dementia, we
feel she is now in a safe, caring place where nothing is too much trouble and we have peace of mind for her safety and wellbeing. From the nurses to the maintenance staff, the chefs to the drivers, everyone is genuinely friendly and Mum has got to love their company.

As a family, the best thing we did was move my parents to Lincroft from a care home which was unsuitable. Facilities are excellent as is the cleanliness.
Food is very varied, fresh and of restaurant standard, although quite small portions. The daily, homemade cakes on offer in the bistro area are a
nice touch and this area provides a lively central hub for families to meet.


The carers are great and genuinely try and enrich the residents' lives. My mother sadly died at the home recently and we were very well supported by the staff. They treated my mum and all of us with the utmost respect and dignity, nothing was too much trouble. They have continued to support my dad and to keep him entertained, even though he is going through a hard time.


The activities are varied and consistent. They work hard to keep the residents entertained. We feel that there are not many trips out but we have discussed this. The cinema is a firm favourite for my dad.
Would recommend.

From our first contact with the home, we have been pleased and impressed. My father had intended to enter Lincroft Meadow as a resident, but due to unexpected circumstances, is there receiving nursing care. All the staff are kind, friendly, helpful, cheerful and caring. With the care he is receiving,
my father's condition has improved more quickly than anticipated, and we are always made to feel welcome when we visit.

The staff at Lincroft have been a huge support in facilitating respite care for my uncle. The knowledge that he is safe and well cared for is invaluable to my family. Staff constantly go above and beyond to create a rapport/relationship with all residents and this, without exception, starts with a warm
smile upon arrival.


In my personal experience, the quality and standard of care have been exceptional, the accommodation is modern, spotlessly clean and of high quality; the dining rooms are welcoming and the menu options are varied and nutritious - every need is catered for. Although my uncle's stay is temporary, we will always be grateful for the help and support from the staff at Lincroft at a time when we needed it the most.

We were very nervous about our father making the move from living at home on his own to life in a care home but we are so glad we chose Lincroft Meadow Care Home for him to make that transition. He is now very well settled and this is in large part down to the fantastic staff at the home and all the
care and attention he has received. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the staff work very hard to ensure he is happy and stimulated in his new environment. The communication with us, as a family, is outstanding and we feel he is safe and in really good hands.
The atmosphere of the home is always warm and welcoming and the whole family love visiting him there. The layout works brilliantly with the bistro (cafe) at the centre and he is now a big coffee fan due to the excellent coffee there!

My mum has been living at Lincroft for a year now due to having PSP, a neurological disorder. She is always so well cared for. The staff on Daffodil Ward are excellent. They are extremely kind, and caring and always consider her dignity. Thank you!

Lincroft Meadow has become home for my mother over the last few months. The accommodation is beautiful, the staff consistently caring and friendly, and Mum has finally begun to settle in. She has been encouraged to join in the many activities and is always keen to tell us about them. The garden is a

Lincroft supported my mum through a crisis admission which has resolved into a long term stay. Throughout they have been empathetic, supportive, patient and kind. Due to age and poor mobility, my friend found it difficult to continue living in her own home so we visited Lincroft Meadow. The Client Services Manager gave us the tour and was very informative. The Manager visited my friend at home and was so reassuring that my friend agreed to a two-week trial. That
was eight weeks ago and my friend is now a permanent resident and comfortable and a lot more settled. The home is clean and bright. All the staff are helpful, efficient and friendly. It is a pleasure to visit my friend and enjoy a coffee in the Bistro.

My mother has been a resident at Lincroft Meadow for the past three months, transitioning from a residential care home to nursing needs, and now end-of-life care. The professionalism of the team and the carers has been excellent, and the home itself is very well thought out and smoothly run. The carers
have been exceptionally kind and sensitive, and have also supported my needs. During my mother's initial weeks, they made an effort to get to know her and there was no pressure for her to participate or socialise with others - it's approached very individually. I have felt happy knowing that my mother is in safe and caring hands.

I joined the Lincroft Meadow team when our home was still a building site, so I have truly been here since the beginning! It was wonderful to see our home develop, but the most special moment for us was when we opened our doors and welcomed our very first residents.


I have worked in the care sector for 17 years, starting as a care assistant and working my way up to management roles. I am passionate about caring for our senior community, and I'm proud that my team share the same values.

Having worked in the care industry in a variety of roles for over sixteen years, I joined the team at Lincroft Meadow four years ago and can honestly say it is the nicest home I have ever worked in. There is a genuine team spirit here at Lincroft Meadow that makes it a pleasure to come to work every day.


My role as client services manager involves supporting people through the process of choosing a care home, and I find it incredibly rewarding to be able to provide guidance, reassurance and compassion at what is often a difficult time for individuals and their loved ones. My grandma lived in a care home, and I always admired the activities department and everything they organised to enrich the lives of their residents. Because of this, I decided when I saw this role advertised that it was time for me to give back to the community, so I applied!
