Lakeview Lodge Care Home provides luxury residential and dementia care and support. Situated on the edge of the Newton Leys, overlooking the beautiful Little Willow Lake in the heart of rural Buckinghamshire and close to Bletchley and Milton Keynes, Lakeview Lodge Care Home offers person-centred care in luxury surroundings.

Personalised, family-led care is delivered by devoted and capable staff, highly competent in caring for the needs and wishes of each individual resident. The staff team are committed to ensuring strong links with the community and the care home places a strong emphasis on enhancing people's lives through the provision of meaningful, imaginative activities and opportunities.

Spread over three floors, Lakeview Lodge has 66 en-suite bedrooms, a hair salon, the Enigma café/bistro, a shop, a cinema room and numerous lounges and communal areas.

The home offers daily fine-dining with all meals cooked onsite to restaurant quality standards. The front of house hospitality team is on hand to provide residents with drinks and snacks at any time of the day.

The home's private dining room can be used by families to celebrate special events such as birthdays and anniversaries.

The staff at Lakeview Lodge Care Home in Newton Leys have been so so supportive to me, my mother and my father during one of the hardest times we have faced as a family. The care and support provided to my mum has been outstanding. It provides such a comfort to know that Mum is cared for and is safe
when we are not able to be with her. We are kept updated with important information and the advice and guidance we have been given has been exceptional.

There is a real sense of care and caring here at Lakeview Lodge, the residents are well looked after. the food is consistently good and the staff are great communication and are always there when needed. While it is not cheap, you can see that it is money well spent. The furnishings, the garden etc
are all really well maintained. I would recommend.

My experience is generally excellent. Any issues are dealt with quickly. There are always activities to keep the residents stimulated and engaged. My only negative is the lack of air conditioning, Lakeview is stifling this time of year.

Caring friendly staff always willing to chat and listen to any concerns.

In recent months, my mother, who has dementia, has become increasingly difficult and uncooperative. Staff have shown patience and understanding and continue to provide an excellent standard of care. Staff are aware of her needs and will do what they can to involve her and assist her in making choices/decisions.
The environment is welcoming and homely.

Staff genuinely care for the residents and I am happy with the care my mother receives. The personal care is second to none and Mum is always spotless and well turned out.

Lakeview Lodge is a good care home overall, in my opinion. The cost of care is very fair, considering what needs to be done for my Mother. A number of personal items have disappeared during her course of stay though. Communication from the care staff regarding health issues that do occur is extremely

Overall I feel confident in the fact that my friend is being looked after very well. I am always offered great support from the management if I need to voice any concerns because I am not an immediate relative, therefore I have no one to share my feelings with. Lakeview Lodge is always very welcoming whenever I arrive at reception, the receptionist is always friendly and it's nice to be remembered. My mum has advanced dementia, it has been very hard seeing the Mum I knew disappearing and dementia taking over, this has been emotionally overwhelming at times
when I visit, I've had a lot of comfort from staff members noticing my distress, and offering me support, which I have been very grateful for.
The only thing I would like to see or know whats happening is that activities were happening on my mum's floor, the 2nd floor, because photos on social media always show the downstairs lounge.

I can't believe how happy my dad has been since moving to Lakeview Lodge. Their standard of care and patience with Dad is way above and beyond what was expected. Dad is way more relaxed, and his bedsores have repaired, which we thought would never happen. Their attention to his needs are spot-on.

My mother has been a resident for over two years. We have been delighted with the care she has received. Overall environment is excellent, staff and management at all levels have been excellent too, from reception, housekeeping and catering, care teams and management.

My mum has been a resident for nearly two years. We could not have wished for a better home for her to be. The staff are very helpful and kind. There is always something for the residents to take part in. The cakes that every resident gets for their birthday are unbelievable.

I visit once a month with my canine concern dog 'Gunner'. The staff are always warm and welcoming. We wander, accompanied around the different areas and floors saying hello to the residents, who mainly are happy to see us. The whole place is clean, cheerful and friendly. The residents look very well
cared for and happy. There always seems to be something happening for everyone. There's a lovely homely atmosphere about Lakeview.
