I have been working in the healthcare sector for the past 23 years and hold a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Healthcare Management, a Level 5 qualification in SEN and a Master's degree in Public Economics.

Hello, my name is Josh Pearmain, and I am the Client Services Manager here at Tonbridge House.
I have been working in the care industry for six years now. Tonbridge House is a very warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere to work in, and I love watching the team show genuine kindness and compassion to our residents.
My role is to give all the necessary information to anybody looking at care options and to help make the admission process as stress-free as possible. I enjoy meeting with families and discussing how we can best care for their loved ones and enable them to continue to lead an active and varied life once in our care.
Outside of work I enjoy most sports and am a regular at Tonbridge Angels football matches, although my preferred team are Brighton and Hove Albion! I also have a lively dog who I like to take on long walks with my wife.
