Thank you for taking the time to write this review, we really do appreciate it. I'm pleased Dad has settled into his new home, and I am sure he will continue to thrive, I am sorry that Dad did not get to experience one of our outings in the minibus with the other residents as I'm sure he would have enjoyed an afternoon out of the home, although I know he did enjoy going swimming and going to the gym. I know the menu was a source of frustration for Dad despite many meetings with the chef, we were unable to find a happy medium. Thank you again and we wish Dad health and happiness in his new home.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention, as we have discussed, we always have a varied choice on our menu. Our cook would be happy to meet with you again if you wish, please let me know and this can be arranged quickly and at your convenience. Many of our residents enjoy their time with us and the extensive activity programme that we have but I do appreciate that not all residents choose to participate and that you enjoy spending your time in your room watching your Netflix programmes or in our garden area when the weather is nice. I know staff speak very highly of you and how very independent you have become over the last 18 months, and staff have supported you to go swimming and attending the gym several times a week as we know this is something you really wanted to do and this we knew would support your wellbeing. Thank you for your review, we do value all feedback as this helps us to improve how we support people.
