Clarendon House is located in the heart of Buckingham town centre, close to amenities and at the centre of the community. With care and support facilities being taken to a new level, a real ‘Home from Home'.

The home offers a luxurious environment with a range of superb features and facilities where residents can find a vibrant community and enjoy a busy and active lifestyle, or can chose that relaxing, quiet and tranquil setting alongside the river and park, on the door step.

Clarendon House has 61 spacious, Classic or Premium bedrooms to choose from, all with en-suite wet rooms and tastefully designed and furnished with Wi-Fi access throughout. From the Stow Garden café and bar, you access the beautiful roof top terrace, where you can sit and enjoy a beverage of your choice. A private dining room is available to residents and families wanting to celebrate their loved ones birthdays or a special occasion.

Other facilities include Chandos Cinema, Waterlily Hair Salon, Snowdrop treatment room where you can relax and enjoy a bit of papering. On the ground floor, the Thompson Bar and Bistro has fresh cakes made daily by the experienced catering team.

Clarendon House has three floors of accommodation
Candleford Suite - Situated on the ground floor where residents are able to socialise with likeminded company and build and maintain friendships. Secure in the knowledge that there is 24-hour care and support to maintain independence.
Charters Suite - The memory impairment facility providing accommodation that has been tastefully and sympathetically designed to offer a safe, secure and stimulating environment for people who may have varying degrees of memory impairment.
Juniper Hill Suite - Comprises of well-appointed bedrooms all with en-suite where residents may have nursing requirements. For those residents who wish to have a little more room there are two superior suites available on this floor.

My mum moved into Clarendon House on its first day and received a wonderful welcome. She was very poorly indeed and I have to say the staff have taken such good care of her that in just under three weeks she has started putting on weight, can hold a conversation, has her sense of humour back, is looking
ahead and planning for the future. The family are very grateful for the hard work and attention put in to achieve this.
The home is beautifully decorated, with luxurious and spacious rooms and exceptional facilities. Our family booked into the private dining room on the top floor for a meal for nine people on Easter Saturday and we were delighted with the delicious food and happy ambience. What a lovely treat for Mum to have us there at Easter!
The chef deserves a special mention as she has taken the time to work with Mum to find foods she can manage.
The staff are very caring, approachable and happy to help solve minor issues as they occur.
I am happy to recommend this care home.

We can’t speak highly enough of Clarendon House. All the staff have been brilliant with all of our family. Everyone we have met has been accommodating, sympathetic and understanding. The facilities are just simply outstanding. Ideally and conveniently located in the town of Buckingham.

My mother has just entered this lovely, new care home in Buckingham. She was made to feel very welcome and the process of entry into the care home was made as easy as possible and my mum was made to feel very welcome. The staff at this care home are all lovely and went out of their way to make Mum feel
welcome and to assist me and my family in the process of moving her in. Facilities at this care home are wonderful, it is beautifully decorated with a lot of very clever features to assist people with memory loss. The individual rooms are perfect and the communal areas are really nice as well. There are a choice of lounges, dining rooms and other areas and there is even a lovely cinema room and hair salon. This care home is also conveniently situated in the middle of Buckingham town centre and has easy access to a lovely park which residents can use for recreation. Overall, I have no hesitation in recommending this care home for your loved ones.
