Please be assured that we are committed to offering a variety of activities and we work hard to fill any vacant roles in the Home to ensure we have the right people to meet our residents' needs. We always consider each resident's preferences and health conditions when planning activities. While some may not participate in group sessions, we offer 1-1 activities tailored to their needs, which may not always be immediately visible but still provide valuable engagement. Regarding the soft food menu, we ensure it follows the daily menu as closely as possible, providing choices where we can. For residents who are unable to express preferences, we follow their care plans and consult families for guidance. If you'd like to discuss in more detail, I'd be happy to arrange a meeting at your convenience. I want to reassure you that while there isn't a manager physically on-site over the weekend, I am always monitoring emails and in close contact with the home. I also conduct spot visits and have access to the CCTV system for remote checks, ensuring continuous oversight. Additionally, the Deputy Manager and I are available via an on-call number for any urgent concerns, and our reception and nursing teams are ready to assist with any matters that arise. We've had no incidents related to weekend management, and I am always available to meet with relatives if needed.
