Respite stays are subject to a 20% uplift on the prices shown above. Fees are subject to a pre-admission
needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level of care and support required by each
individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge. Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing
Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible.

other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
an agreed hourly charge for this service.

We are also very delighted to read your comments about our team and the carers that have gone above and beyond to provide the best possible care for your mum. You’d be pleased to know that we have taken your feedback on board and changes have been made to accommodate more activities in the weekend. We also have a minibus that takes residents to the local attractions in the area – if your mum wishes to go a nearby park or do some shopping at her favourite local shop, just let us know and we will include it in our monthly residents’ meeting. Taking into account each resident’s needs and abilities, we are sure that your mum will have something to look forward to daily.

In regards to lost items, items can sometimes go missing, such as small items of clothing like socks in our laundry or if residents have a specific mug they’ve bought from home they like to use, this may get misplaced if a member of housekeeping or the care team take this to clean for the resident – if any items go missing, please let us know and we’ll be happy to locate these for you. For valuables and money, we of course also have a safe in the home where we can store items too for safekeeping.

I understand we’ve now managed to set up a smart speaker in your mum’s room – if she needs any more assistance, of course, we’re always happy to help at any time. In regards to food at Greenview Hall, our menus are all created with the wishes and requests of residents in mind, cooked fresh in-house, so if there’s anything in particular your mum would like – maybe a favourite dish, or something she’d love to try – then just let us know and our Head Chef will be more than happy to make this happen.
