Respite stays are subject to a 20% uplift on the prices shown above. Fees are subject to a pre-admission
needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level of care and support required by each
individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge. Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing
Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible.

other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
an agreed hourly charge for this service.

Thank you for your kind comments and five stars for Greenview Hall were so happy to hear that your mum has settled in so well. In regards to cost, there are cheaper, as well as more expensive, care homes in the area, but we feel our prices are fair for the high standard of care and lifestyle we offer here, including amazing activities, food and care. We did have to change our prices (as did other care providers) recently due to inflation as, like everyone else, our costs in key areas such as heating and food have increased. When prices change we always communicate this clearly in advance to residents and their families and the General Manager's door is always open to anyone with questions or concerns were always here to help wherever we can.
