Hesketh Park Lodge offers a warm welcome to all relatives visiting loved ones.
If advance notice is given, visitors are welcome to use the facilities. For example, if friends & family would like to join loved ones for a meal or even enjoy a light bite in one of the tea rooms.
In order to dedicate the time to provide an initial look around, the Lodge requests that viewings are organised in advance; So to ensure staff members are available.
Onsite parking available for both residents and visitors. Additionally, there is street parking available - so finding a space shouldn't be a problem!

Thanks for this review which is lovely. We really do have a great team of staff, many of whom go above their job roles each day. We are so pleased you are happy with the care and attention given to all our fantastic residents. We aim to keep our standards extremely high and I would like to assure you that staffing levels are maintained by following a dependency scoring tool to ensure we have the correct numbers of staff on duty each day. This is monitored to ensure our residents receive safe and, most importantly, effective care. Our activities staff do try to get to know all our residents and find out what activities each resident would like to get involved with. This is an area that we are currently working on in the home, to improve the well-being of our residents and enhance their experiences here at Hesketh Park and in the community. It was lovely to meet you both and we are here should you require any further support. Take care and thanks again.

Job Title: Lodge Service Advisor
Joined: 2021
Having worked in the care sector now for more than 15 years in various roles, the most fulfilling role has to be working with prospective residents, their family or their representatives. I find it most rewarding in helping to find the most suitable care home that will endeavour to meet the care needs of each new resident, along with show casing and promoting the many superb facilities each individual care home has to offer.
My main duty is just by being there every step of the way, helping to support families to take away some of the stress of trying to find the right care home for their loved one.
In my spare time I love nothing more than walking my cockapoo, travelling to different counties within the UK and visiting different countries to sample the different restaurants, sightseeing and experiencing different cultures, but most importantly spending quality time with family and friends.
